Refund Policy:
All sales on our marketplace are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Asset Trading:
Trading our assets for other items, whether within or outside our marketplace, is not allowed.
Unauthorized Distribution:
Users are prohibited from giving away, sharing, or distributing our assets for any price (this also includes for free), regardless of the original purchase.
Redistribution:
Redistribution of purchased assets, even within the bounds of the original purchase, is strictly prohibited.
Ownership and Credits:
Users may not claim ownership or credits for any products purchased from WARWARE.
License Termination:
Violation of any of the terms may result in the termination of licenses associated with the user's account.
Buyer Verification:
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of products to any buyer marked as not legitimate.
Custom Commissions:
WARWARE reserves the right to reject custom commission requests for any reason.
Leaking Risk and Ticket Priority:
In cases where there is a suspected risk of the buyer being a leaker, tickets related to their purchase may be designated as low-priority. Low-priority tickets may experience delays in processing.
Definition of Leaker:
For the purpose of these Terms of Service, a "leaker" refers to an individual who engages in the unauthorized distribution, resale, use, or trading of assets that do not belong to them and/or for which they have no legal rights. This includes, but is not limited to, products obtained from WARWARE and any related groups.
Prohibited Activities Related to Leaking:
- Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that fall under the definition of a "leaker," as outlined above.
- WARWARE maintains a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior, and any users found to be in violation will face immediate penalties or license terminations.
Discounts:
- WARWARE reserves the right to offer discounts on products and services at its discretion.
- Discounts may be applied at any time without prior notice and can be provided as surprise promotions.
- Users are not entitled to advance notification or announcement of discount events.
- Multiple discounts, promotions, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The terms and conditions of each discount or promotion may vary and are subject to change without notice.
Price Changes:
- In the event of a change in price, such as the conclusion of a discount, an increase, or a decrease, if you haven't completed your purchase yet, you are obligated to pay the updated price.
- This rule is applicable regardless of the stage of your transaction, including situations where the ticket was initiated before the price adjustment but not finalized.
Parent Company:
- WARWARE is a subsidiary of H.Productions. References to "WARWARE" in these Terms of Service also encompass the parent company, H.Productions.
- The terms and conditions outlined herein apply to both WARWARE and H.Productions collectively.
