What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Robux, Robux Giftcards, Paysafecard, Steam Giftcards as payment methods.
How do I purchase?
Join the discord server and make a ticket where you state what product you'd like to purchase.
Are there any other purchase methods available?
As of 02/16/2024 our HUB game on Roblox has been discontinued, the sales can be done only through our ticket system in the server.
Can I request a refund for my purchase?
All sales on WARWARE are considered final, and we do not offer refunds.
Do you trade?
No, we don't trade, we put highest priority on our Asset Security, which means, we won't risk any of our models getting leaked.
Do you sell separate parts of sets, such as one uniform, one cap, etc?
No, due to leaking of risk and the requirement to pay all of our developers, we can't sell parts of sets. It simply makes no sense, for example, imagine a situation of a person, buying one highest Enlisted, one highest NCO, one highest Junior Officer, one highest Senior Officer, and one highest General Ranking Officer, to finish the whole set, it just takes few minutes. We value our developers work and being fair above everything.
What is a Verified Client?
A Verified Client is a role for people who have made at least one purchase from WARWARE.
How can I become a Verified Client?
To become a Verified Client, simply make a purchase of at least one product from WARWARE. Upon completing a transaction, you will be granted the Verified Client role.
What is an Honourable Client?
An Honourable Client is a role for WARWARE Clients who have spent over 7500 Robux on WARWARE products or presented Honourable Support.
Can I lose my Verified or Honourable Client status?
Yes, but only if you've been engaging in prohibited activities such as leaking.
How is staff selected at WARWARE?
Our staff is being selected by a hand-picking method by Board of Directors. Applications for staff positions are extremely rare, and instead, members of the server who show their qualities are being chosen.
What should I do if someone is mini-moderating in other servers, impersonating WARWARE or H.Productions Staff?
If you notice someone mini-moderating and impersonating our staff in other servers, please report it to our support team immediately. We take such matters seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action.
Are products R6 or R15?
All products by default are R6.
Can I have stuff removed off my set?
Yes, if you need something removed off the set, e.g. emblems, let us know in the ticket. It costs only 150 robux.
